I do not offer refunds unless it is an error I have made that makes the item unwearable.
Turn Around Time is currently 1-3 Business Days for Ready To Ship items and 25 Business Days for Made To Order items. If you order a RTS item at the same time as a made to order, the RTS will ship at the time of MTO.
